Pavilion in Foster Park
Location: 10th Street and Gillispie Avenue

Amenities: Open air pavilion with bench seats and trash cans near playground equipment and a pond.

Cost: For non-residents it is $5.00 an hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Pavilion in Centennial Park
Location: 2nd Avenue and Main Street

Amenities: Gazebo with benches, open lot with flowers, adjacent to historical sites.

Library Conference Room
Location: Stroud Public Library

Amenities: Seating is available for 12 to 20 people, depending on the table arrangement. A smart TV, DVD player, HDMI player, keyboard and mouse, as well as projector screen, Wi-Fi and electrical outlets are available in the room. The North entrance is recommended for accessing the Conference room.

Pavilion on Route 66
Location: 320 W. Main Street
Stroud, OK 74079
Amenities: Open air pavilion with bench seats and electricity upon request. Restrooms on site, but stays locked. Key must be checked out at City Hall.
Hours: Dawn to midnight.

Cost: $25 for non-residents.
Rules include:

- All users utilizing the pavilion exclusively must have submitted an application prior to their event.
- Pavilion hours are from dawn to midnight. No camping.
- No alcoholic beverages or tobacco products of any kind including snuff or chewing tobacco.
- No skateboarding.
- Temporary amusements such as Bounce Houses or water amusements such as a Slip’n’Slide are prohibited.
- No cooking under pavilion roof. Fire pits or rings are prohibited.
- Anyone using the pavilion is responsible for accidents, damages and all cleanup.
- Motorized vehicles are not allowed to drive through OR park under the pavilion.
- Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash and with owner at all times.
- Farmers Market produce items must be Oklahoma grown.
- No fee required of City of Stroud utility customers. A reservation fee of $25 will be charged for all non-residents using the pavilion.
- Electricity available upon request with a $25 activation and usage fee per day.
