Library Selection
We carry over 14,000 volumes for all ages, including books, audio books, videos, Reference, Oklahoma, Genealogy and Quilting materials, as well as magazines and newspapers. See Account Information for instructions on how to get a library card, access e-books or computers.
Accepted Payments
The Library cannot process electronic payments at this time. Please bring cash or check.
Printing / Copies
Use of a computer, internet, Wi-Fi, and scanning are free. Please sign in to use computers and printers.
The copies may be made on 8.5-by-11 inch letter sized paper or 8.5-by-14 inch legal sized paper.

Interlibrary Loans
Interlibrary loans are available through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
- Request a loan by contacting Stroud Public Library.
- There is no estimate for how long it will take a request to arrive.
- Pick up and return the item to Stroud Public Library.
- A fee of $3.50 per item is due upon return to cover the cost of shipping.
Other Fees
- Fines are $0.05 a day per book
- Conference Room is free to non-profit organizations and $35.00 per day to others
- Stroud Centennial books are $45.00 each plus shipping
