The City of Stroud is a relaxed rural community which offers a number of recreational activities.

Fitness Center
Stroud Fitness Center offers a wide range of weight and cardiovascular training equipment with yearly low fees and 24 hour access.

Golf Course
Stroud Municipal Golf Course is an ideal spot for family sport and recreation. The 9-hole, 6,292 yard, par 70 course features manicured greens and a series of men’s and ladies’ tee boxes. The Clubhouse offers cart rental, snacks, golf equipment, and other merchandise.

Stroud Lake is located three miles north and three miles east of Stroud. Twenty-six campsites with electricity and water and 50 campsites without electricity are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Swimming Pool
Stroud Municipal Swimming Pool is a great place to take the kids on a hot summer day. The pool is located at beautiful Foster Park and is open from Memorial Day Weekend to July 31.
