City Council
Welcome to Stroud
I am Debbie Garrett, Mayor of Stroud, Oklahoma. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about our community. Stroud is a rural community with a great location on I-44 between Oklahoma City and Tulsa, at the cross-roads of S.H. 99 and U.S. 66. Stroud offers a safe community for raising a family and a friendly atmosphere where you get to know your neighbors. Stroud schools provide an excellent opportunity for academic and athletic excellence. Stroud provides rural health care with excellent physicians and a small rural hospital. Recreational activities in Stroud include an outstanding lake for fishing and boating, a swimming pool, a library, and a nine hole golf course. The City of Stroud strives to continue to improve the infrastructure of its city and provides good water and affordable utilities. Again, I would like to welcome you to take time to see what Stroud has to offer. Come Grow with Us!
