The Stroud Industrial Authority's (SIA) mission is to promote and expand economic development in the City of Stroud by providing assistance with community, state, and federal resources that will stimulate the growth of the city. Location & Transportation
Stroud is located midway between Oklahoma City and Tulsa on I-44 (Turner Turnpike) and the intersection of Historic Route 66 and US 377 (Oklahoma Highway 99). Drive time to both Oklahoma City and Tulsa is less than one hour. We are 25 miles north of I-40. For an exact location, view the map.

Location Benefits
Stroud's location and transportation advantages make this an ideal area for your company. Stroud is an Enterprise Zone and is eligible for New Market Tax credit programs and former Native American Land Tax credits. We are also located within a designated Opportunity Zone. Of course, the SIA works with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for all state and federal tax incentives.

Midway Industrial Park 
Midway Industrial Park is a certified site ready with all the utilities and high-speed dark fiber in place. Our 57-acre Retail Power Center is located on the I-44 frontage with east Turnpike exits and entrances. The Stroud Airport is growing and ready for locating any aerospace businesses.
